Drying Engine™ Core Module

HumiDry® is a Drying Engine™ core module.

It enables stable and continuous drying through coordinated heat input, humidity control, and airflow movement.

When all conditions are maintained, moisture is continuously removed from the system.

Drying is a defined operating condition, not a single function or device.

 

Application

Applicable to bathroom drying, clothes drying, cabinet drying, and other enclosed or semi-enclosed environments.

Core Components

The HumiDry® Drying Engine™ core module consists of three key components, each corresponding to a key drying condition.

These components do not operate independently.
They operate simultaneously to establish a stable drying process.

RS-485 Control Architecture

The HumiDry® Drying Engine™ core module adopts an industry-standard RS-485 communication architecture, enabling system integration and centralized control.

This architecture is widely used in industrial systems, providing stability, reliability, and scalability for seamless integration into existing control platforms.

HumiDry® uses RS-485 as its primary control interface.
It supports multi-unit connection and centralized management (up to 255 units).
It can be integrated with PLC, MCU, host controllers, and BMS systems.

The system can operate automatically without a touch panel or remote controller.
All control is handled at the system level.

The control architecture is highly flexible.
It can be directly controlled by the system, operated through a customized interface, or integrated into existing systems.

The core value of HumiDry® lies not in the control interface itself, but in its control logic and system integration capability, enabling stable deployment of drying functions across various applications.

Drying Control Logic

The HumiDry® Drying Engine™ core module is not a single-function device.
It is a controlled drying system designed for stable and continuous operation.

 

The six functions are not independent. 
They work together to form different operating modes.

 

The system is governed by the following parameters:
• Temperature
• Humidity
• Airflow
• System Status

 

Different parameter combinations determine drying behavior.

 

Stable drying is achieved only when all conditions are continuously maintained.

 

All operations can be centrally managed via RS-485.

Airflow Architecture

The HumiDry® Drying Engine™ core module is a controlled airflow system, not a standalone dehumidifier.

Air passes through heating and dehumidification stages, forming a stable and continuous drying flow.

Heat input, humidity control, and airflow are integrated within a single system.

Airflow is not just a medium — it is the driving force of the drying process.

Auto Drying Logic

The system activates based on humidity changes, not fixed timing.

Drying begins when a humidity spike or threshold is detected.

Operation continues under absolute humidity control, with a maximum runtime limit.

The system stops when the target condition is reached or the time limit is exceeded.

It automatically reactivates when humidity rises again.

Zeolite Desiccant Wheel

Continuously removes moisture from the air.
Provides stable and efficient dehumidification as part of the drying system.

Zeolite Odor Explanation

During operation, odors may be perceived.
These odors do not originate from the system itself.

They come from substances already present in the environment, materials, or objects.

The zeolite desiccant absorbs these substances and may release them during the drying process, making them more noticeable.

This is a normal physical phenomenon and does not indicate contamination, malfunction, or any safety concern.
