Brand Story

Origin of HumiDry®
In 2020, Michael Jan, founder of Altrason Inc., revisited a fundamental question after building on the development experience of IONFRESHER® and Procozy®:
Can drying be engineered into a stable and integrable core module?
At the time, most drying solutions on the market were designed as finished products.
Functions were enclosed within single units, with fixed applications and limited system integration.
However, few approached drying from its fundamental principles—breaking it down into engineering units that can be integrated and controlled within a system.
This question became the starting point of HumiDry®.
Engineering Conditions for Drying
Stable drying requires three essential conditions to be established simultaneously:
-
Heat Input → Enables moisture to detach from material surfaces
-
Humidity Control → Continuously removes moisture from the air
-
Forced Ventilation → Expels moisture-laden air from the system
Any system that satisfies only one of these conditions cannot achieve stable and continuous drying.
Formation of HumiDry®
Based on this principle, HumiDry® redefines drying as a controllable system condition and develops it into a Drying Engine™ core module.
It is not a specific device, but a drying core that can operate stably over long periods, be integrated into systems, and be externally controlled.
Its essence is simple:
to consistently satisfy all essential drying conditions at the same time.
Production Validation
The HumiDry® Drying Engine™ core module was first introduced into the bathroom drying market and validated through mass production in Taiwan.
High humidity, continuous long-duration operation, and unpredictable usage behavior created an extremely demanding environment.
Stable operation under these conditions became the foundation for all subsequent applications.
From Device to System
This core module is applicable to bathroom drying, clothes drying, cabinet drying, space dehumidification, and various enclosed or semi-enclosed environments.
It serves as a fundamental unit within a drying system, rather than a standalone product.
It is no longer a device, but a drying core with reconfigurable applications.
A Drying Engine for Engineers
It does only one thing:
👉 Provides a proven, long-term stable drying core module, allowing engineers and system integrators to define their own drying systems.
Brand Matrix
Since 2003, this brand portfolio has expanded from IONFRESHER air treatment (2003) to Procozy environmental control (2015), HumiDry drying control (2020), the IONFRESHER Personal Air Purification Shield (2026), and VOC Decomposer for airflow and reaction control (2027), forming a comprehensive air solution system.
